We could live in a perfect world

We could live in a perfect world, but as long as there are people in charge, we never will.

We could live in a world without cancer and disease, but then how would the medicine industry profit?

We could live in a world without war, but then how else would the governments maintain steady poverty?

We could live in a world without poverty and where everyone was equal, but then how would people be forced to do the dirty work?

We could live in a perfect world, but then how would the privileged be able to keep control?

The moratorium on psychedelic research is a pertinent example of this theory in action. Chemicals that are non toxic, improve quality of life and expand ontological horizons are dangerous to established power structures and authorities that use subjugation as a means of control.

What do you think?
